Hereinafter referred to as the BUYER.

The subject of this contract is the determination of the rights and obligations of the parties in accordance with the provisions of Law No. 6502 on Consumer Protection and the Distance Sales Contracts Regulation, regarding the sale and delivery of products ordered electronically by the BUYER through the SELLER's website www.fatihgida.com.

If the order is placed, the BUYER is deemed to have accepted all terms of this contract.

1. Product Delivery

The product will be delivered to the address specified by the BUYER during the order. The delivery period will not exceed 30 days legally and will be made within the period specified on the website, depending on the BUYER's place of residence and stock availability.

2. BUYER's Statement

The BUYER declares that they have read and understood the preliminary information regarding the basic characteristics, sales price, payment method, and delivery of the products subject to the contract, and have given the necessary approval electronically.

3. Payment and Delivery Terms

For the delivery of the product subject to the contract, the product price must be paid in full by the payment method chosen by the BUYER. If for any reason the product price is not paid or canceled in bank records, the SELLER is deemed to be released from the obligation of product delivery.

4. Right of Withdrawal

The BUYER has the right of withdrawal within 14 days from the delivery of the product. To exercise the right of withdrawal, the SELLER must be notified in writing (e-mail, phone, post) within this period.

When the right of withdrawal is exercised, the product invoice and delivery receipt must be returned. If the original invoice is not sent, VAT and other legal obligations cannot be refunded. The return shipping fee belongs to the BUYER.

The right of withdrawal cannot be used for the following products:

• Products that spoil quickly or have an expired shelf life

• Single-use products

• Unsealed food products

• Products not suitable for return due to hygiene reasons

5. Warranty and Responsibility

The SELLER is obliged to deliver the products completely and in accordance with the specifications stated in the order.

If delivery cannot be made due to force majeure or extraordinary circumstances, the situation will be notified to the BUYER. The BUYER has the right to cancel the order, request a substitute product, or postpone the delivery. If the order is canceled, the amount paid will be refunded to the BUYER within 10 days.

6. Dispute

In the implementation of this contract, the Consumer Arbitration Committees and Consumer Courts in the BUYER's or SELLER's place of residence are authorized within the monetary limits declared by the Ministry of Industry and Trade.

7. Effectiveness

The BUYER is deemed to have accepted all terms of this contract when placing an order through www.fatihgida.com.
